Marissa Padilla

Marissa joined us in 2023, when she was a rising senior at New Mexico State University, where she  pursued a B.S. in Biology. Marissa worked closely with Dr. Laura Murray-Nerger to study roles of the acetyltransferase enzyme ESCO2 in control of the Epstein-Barr virus genome and lytic gene regulation.
